We offer convenient, reliable delivery options throughout California. Whether you’re in Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, or San Francisco, you can count on Montana Ranch and Cattle for fresh, flavorful beef delivered right to your door.
If you’re located outside of California, we apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand our commitment to providing the best possible product and service. We are constantly evaluating our operations, and any future expansion will be announced via our newsletter and social media channels.
Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers. Special shipping arrangements can be requested at sales@montanaranchandcattle.com and we'll do everything in our power to accommodate your request.
Our exceptional beef is delivered DIRECT to your door
Our master butchers perfectly-age, cut and immediately vacuum seal our steaks and roasts before blast freezing them. This method completely protects and preserves the steaks in their original, perfectly-aged state and in no way compromises their quality. To help ensure your steak and roasts delivery arrives in excellent condition, each order is shipped frozen in a state-of-the-art shipping unit with dry ice or ice packs.
An ice or cold water bath is recommended for a quick thaw but the best way is to allow your steaks to defrost in your refrigerator 24-48 hours. Never defrost steaks or roasts in warm or hot water.

Order Early
Ordering for a special occasion? We recommend selecting a delivery date AT LEAST 1 week in advance to allow for any delays and to let your product thaw safely.
Shipping Issues
While we ship with the full intention of delivering on your requested delivery date, unforeseen delays can occur. We recommend selecting delivery at least a week in advance from when you plan to prepare and cook. With the ample amount of dry ice we pack with, you can safely store in your freezer until ready to thaw.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF MEAT PRODUCTS
Thank you so much for purchasing from Montana Ranch and Cattle Company. We strive to ensure every single customer of ours has an experience they intend to rave about with their friends and family. Part of that commitment is working with you, our customer, to make sure you get the products you ordered, arriving in excellent condition to your door. In the event that we fall short in one link of that chain, please contact us at your earliest convenience at sales@montanaranchandcattle.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Since the shipping of our products is inherently time sensitive, we do not accept returns. If you received a product that did not live up to our Montana Ranch and Cattle Company commitment, our customer service representatives will work with you to create a fair outcome. This will require photos of the product for our internal records, but we will begin the process of review and/or refund as soon as you contact us.
Montana Ranch and Cattle Company has the right, at our discretion, to substitute the cut of beef of comparable value on your order due to availability.
On average our representatives are able to reply within 24 hours, with a complete resolution achieved within a week, but we guarantee that the process will take no longer than two weeks. The options for resolution include but aren't limited to a replacement shipment, store credit to be used on any new products or a refund of the original purchase.
