Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke

1 1/2 pounds of our 'Tombstone' Ground Beef
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)

1/8 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Toppings of your choice (We suggest Bacon!)

Delicious Homemade BBQ Sauce

Directions
In a small saucepan, combine the all BBQ Sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil then remove from the heat. Set aside 1 cup of the barbecue sauce to serve with the burgers.
In a large bowl, combine the egg, oats, remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, onion salt, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Add our 'Tombstone' Ground Beef to the mixture and mix well. Form 6 patties.
Grill, covered, over medium heat until the internal temperature on your thermometer reads 160 (about 6-8 minutes on each side). During the last 5 minutes, baste burgers with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. Serve it how you like it with the toppings of your choice and the barbecue sauce you set aside.
Recipe Note
Suggested: Toast your buns for a extra rich flavor and crispy texture.
Toasted buns instructions:
- Over medium heat, cover the bottom of a larger pan or griddle with melted butter.
- Add buns, sliced side facing down
- Toast buns for about 1 minute or until golden brown
