Ingredients

1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup margarita mix
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
4 chicken breasts

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, cilantro, margarita mix, and olive oil.
Pour over chicken in a zip lock bag or bowl covered with plastic wrap. Let marinate for 2 hours.
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (about 7 minutes).
