2 pounds 'Bunk House' Top Sirloin sliced into thin strips
Slice the beef into thin slices. Lightly coat with flour. Set aside.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add in onions and mushrooms and saute until tender (about 7 mins). Once tender remove from skillet and set aside.
Add butter onto the skillet and let melt over medium high heat. Add in steak slices and cook until browned on either side (about 4 to 5 minutes).
Add onions and mushrooms back into the skillet. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer. Simmer until thickened (about 2 to 3 minutes).
Incorporate sour cream and dijon until (mix well). Add cooked egg noodles to the sauce. Stir to combine, serve hot, and enjoy! Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
