The Air Fryer is sure to become your new favorite way to cook steak! This recipe will leave you with a steak cooked to perfection for a decadent dinning experience.

Ingredients

2 six oz. 'Yellowstone' Filet Mignon
or
'Yellowstone' Filet Mignon - LIMITED RESERVE
2 Tablespoons Chicago steak seasoning or our amazing Steak Rub
2 Tablespoons garlic butter sauce
2 Tablespoons olive oil

Garlic Herb Butter

1/4 cup butter softened
1 garlic clove minced
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon fresh parsley

Directions

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons seasoning of your choice on each side of two 6 oz. filet mignon steaks. Pat down the seasoning.
Transfer the steaks to a covered plate and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to marinate. When ready to cook, brush each side of both steaks with 1 tablespoon each of olive oil. Place the filets on the rack in the air fryer and cook for approximately 4 minutes at 390°F.
While the steaks are cooking, add all the garlic butter ingredients into one bowl, and mix until fully incorporated. Set aside.
After 4 minutes, flip the filets and cook for 4 minutes more. Remove the air fried steaks and top each filet with 1 tablespoon garlic butter (or desired amount) . Let the steaks rest for 10 minutes before cutting.

Recipe Note

Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature. If they aren’t quite where you need them to be, cook them a bit longer on each side until you reach the desired results.

Rare - 120-125F
Medium rare - 130-135F
Medium - 140-145F
Medium well - 150-155F
